We can book your vacation package, including flights, hotel, and transportation, if requested. Do you offer payment plans? Yes! Most vacations can be booked with a deposit, with the remaining balance paid over time. Deposit amounts vary by trip. What is your turnaround time for vacation quotes? Vacation quotes are typically delivered within 4 business days after your research fee has been paid. You'll receive a confirmation email once your request is submitted. What documents do I need to travel? Caribbean & International Vacations: Valid passport required. Closed-Loop Cruises: A valid passport is recommended. Some cruises also accept a government-issued ID and certified birth certificate. Domestic Destinations: Just need Government - issued ID (must be the real ID to fly) What is included in an all-inclusive resort? Most all-inclusive resorts include: Accommodations Breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Resort activities and entertainment Taxes and resort fees Do you offer travel insurance? Yes. Travel insurance is available for all vacations and is highly recommended. Coverage must be purchased at booking when deposit is made. What is your cancellation policy? All bookings are non-refundable. Purchasing travel insurance may provide coverage for eligible cancellations, subject to the policy's terms and conditions. Can you book excursions and airport transfers? Absolutely! We can arrange excursions, tours, airport transfers, and other travel extras for your trip. How far in advance should I book?
